Kelli and Brian's new house project

Many have asked about the project at Kelli and Brian's new house. They purchased a home that had gone into foreclosure and was trashed! They did get a great deal on it and it is in a wonderful neighborhood. Here are some before and after photos.

The main floor had lovely, dirty, worn dark carpets. The previous owners were also heavy smokers!

With fresh paint and new wood flooring, things were shaping up!

Now what can be done to brighten the family room?

Ahhh, much better!

The children's bedrooms were interesting and looked like the kid's painted them!

The floor boards were missing, and the doors broken.

After!

The children's bedrooms, Brody's, Rachael's and Nora's.

Master bedroom.

The kitchen is still a work in progress.

Let's just say they are making great progress in the yard!

Before

Neil, Kelli and Brian have worked long, hard hours the past two weeks and things are looking good! Today, Saturday, September 27th they moved in - ready or not!

What a gorgeous house it has become with much hard work! I love the back yard swimming pool. I know Neil and Wendy had a hand in the makeover, too. Thanks for sharing.

The house is beautiful! I can't imagine all the time and work they put into it, but it looks like it was well worth it!

Oh my gosh!!! I forgot how disgusting the pool was!! I'll have to show the picture to our new pool guy, then he'll know why he's having such a hard time getting the stains away.
